Sales/Shipping/Health Guarantee
1. We guarantee live arrival. If animal is DOA buyer must contact us within 24 hours of time of
delivery. Pictures, videos, or other evidence may be requested to confirm condition of the
animal. After confirmation, we will give refund, replacement, or credit toward another purchase at the choice of the buyer.
2. Accurate sex is guaranteed. Buyer has 7 days to confirm sex and notify us if there has been a mistake. If there has been a mistake, we will arrange exchange for an animal of the correct sex. If an animal of the correct sex is not available, we will offer a refund or credit toward purchase of another animal after the miss-sexed animal is returned.
3. We guarantee the animal delivered will be the exact animal in the picture and description.
4. Recessive genetics (100% hets) are fully guaranteed.
5. All sales are final.

PAYMENT

For your convenience, we accept payments through Square.  You can pay with any credit or debit card at checkout.

Payment Plans: Accepted on case-by-case basis, typically for animals priced greater than $500. Contact us to inquire about a payment plan that may work for you. We will accept the first payment as a deposit to hold the animal. Once all payments are complete, you will be contacted for shipping arrangements.
